Zach leads by example. He has an eye for fine detail and constantly motivates his team of Mahurangi builders and apprentices to strive towards the highest quality residential building results. The growing team of hard working and reliable builders and apprentices share Zach’s passion for building.

This team of young, energetic builders thrive on projects that enhance the subdivisions of Omaha, Matakana, Point Wells, Warkworth, Snells Beach, Algies Bay, Mahurangi Harbour, Puhoi and beyond.

Look out for the Forsight Builders touch rugby team. These Mahurangi builders support local and they play throughout the summer months with Mahurangi Rugby Club at Warkworth Showgrounds.

ZACH FORSYTH
NEW ZEALAND CERTIFIED BUILDER, LICENSED BUILDING PRACTITIONER (LBP), QUALIFIED CARPENTER
When Zach left Mahurangi College he started learning the residential construction trade, working on homes throughout the Rodney region.
Zach built Forsight Builders from the ground up and is very passionate about what he does.
He has worked as a builder for 13 years, a Licensed Building Practitioner for nine years and recently added New Zealand Certified Builder accreditation to his qualifications.
It’s not all work and no play and Zach can be found on the green at Warkworth Golf Club where Forsight Builders sponsors the 4th hole, Strong Hold.
PHILICIA FORSYTH
ADMINISTRATION
Philicia Forsyth is Zach’s right hand women and lovely wife. She runs the day-to-day admin for the building business, and her organisation and management skills are highly valued by clients.
She juggles administrative work for Forsight Builders with caring for the Forsyth’s young family.
ZEUS
QUALIFIED FRIENDLY DOG
Zeus has been on the Forsight Builders team since 2015.
He travels around with Zach each day and is his righthand man. Zeus is well-behaved, loves people and playing with other dogs he meets on construction sites.
